That house used to be a rental, and I occasionally had to go over and ask for a party to quiet down. The building next door was light industrial with a negligible (>10) traffic impact. When Pacific Landscape came in, I thought the tenants next door would complain ... until I saw that PL had taken over the house as well. Now it's clearly the office for the business. It's interesting that there is no signage or contact info posted outside; we see the business' name only by the trucks returning in the afternoon.
That being said, they aren't overly noisy. After a couple requests by me, the employees have shown the courtesy of not idly blaring their stereos in the parking lot. The number of employee cars appears to be about 30-40 [or so I found in a random count this moment]. The main traffic impact is 4:30-5:00 pm when the employees leave.
I'm not thrilled about it, but I don't know that they're exceeding their zoning. However I would welcome information as to where complaints would be sent -- and where the "Maltby Alliance" holds meetings (if open to all concerned Maltby residents)
