1. Click on Resurces in the header
2. Click on Snohomish County Planning Division
3. Under Services, click on Enforcement
4. This page will lead you to how to fill out a complaint and how to submit it. Under "How to report a violation" click on that web site. You can print out a complain investigation request and send it in or fill it out online and send it by email.
5. If you send in a complaint, please send a copy to me or let me know that you have sent one. That way, the Council can track active complaints.
