    Does anyone know what is happening on the property where the tow truck company wanted to set up shop? I see they now have a split wood fence and some minor landscaping in. Just curious. Thanks.

    Last I heard is that they withdrew the request for the tow yard. I am sure they are up to something.

    The CUP for the tow yard got turned down by the County Council.  Hooper sold the property on Mar 3, 2011 to Ronald J Nardone who lives at 22128 Paradise Lake Rd, Snohomish, WA 98296.  Nardone ownes the Maltby cafe and all the land around and behind the cafe.  I don't know what he plans but he has fixed it up pretty nice.  I did send in a complaint to the County about illegal filling.  The County has closed the complaint as allowable fill.
